NEW SITE, NEW PHOTOS, NEW RECIPES
Saturday, May 22, 2010 at 8:39PM Welcome to my new website, I hope to get my domain name soon and set this up properly! I did two shoots today and I thought I'd post the recipes that go along with the photographs since they were both great.
The first shoot I did was based off Ina Garten's Blueberry Crumb Cake. Instead of a cake I just adapted the recipe for cupcakes.
The second shoot was Grilled Zucchini, Onion and Garlic White Pizza. I made some slight adjustments to this recipe. First off, I didn't have the Boursin cheese, so I made a substitute. I combined garlic and herb goat chesse, cream cheese, and sour cream to create a similar "sauce" that tasted very similar to the boursin cheese. I made smaller pizzas by using smaller ammounts of dough, and I did not grill them. Instead I baked both on a pizza stone in a 430 degree oven.
